The Lucht LHZ Group is expanding its management team: Denise Littbarski is joining the management team of the electric heating manufacturer, working alongside Managing Director Uwe Lucht with immediate effect. The 42-year-old has been with Lucht LHZ for 13 years – most recently as Operations Manager and Head of Production. “I am delighted that Denise is now part of the Lucht LHZ Group’s management team. Her expertise and commitment will help us to continue to grow sustainably as a company,” says Uwe Lucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New product manager joins from Stiebel Eltron<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Frank Reuschel (54) takes over from Denise Littbarski as Head of Operations and Production at the Lucht LHZ Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in this field and most recently worked as Operations Manager and Process Manager in various companies. In addition, Rolf Melzig, a new product manager, joined Lucht LHZ from Stiebel Eltron on 1 July. “His core tasks will be to further professionalise product management and also to implement new processes and strategies. Thanks to his many years of experience in the electric heating industry, he is exactly the right person for the job,” explains Uwe Lucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the Lucht LHZ Group is expanding sales of its own TECHNOTHERM brand: “We are noticing that demand for electric radiators in Germany continues to grow. That is why we have put together a powerful sales team in the north and east of Germany over the past few months. We are still looking for support for the other regions. Anyone who is interested is welcome to contact me directly,” says Uwe Lucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production capacity increased by 50 per cent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Lucht LHZ Group has more than 35 years of experience in the development and production of electric heaters. The company’s portfolio includes storage heaters<\/a>, infrared heaters<\/a> and convectors<\/a>. The company also offers its services as an OEM partner<\/a> in over 40 countries. The Lucht LHZ Group currently employs 65 people, 55 of whom work at the production sites in Burgst\u00e4dt and Hartmannsdorf. The company plans to create five to ten more jobs<\/a> by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, the Lucht LHZ Group increased sales and turnover by around ten per cent<\/a> compared to 2023. In the first half of the year, sales and turnover were also up by almost five per cent compared to the same period last year. In June of this year, the medium-sized company from Saxony took over a new commercial space in Burgst\u00e4dt, increasing its production capacity by more than 50 per cent to 10,000+ square metres<\/a>. “This enables us as a company to take the next step,” confirms Uwe Lucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
