LUCHT LHZ Group<\/strong>\u00a0is further strengthening its executive leadership team to support the company\u2019s next phase of growth. Effective July 27, 2026,\u00a0Christian Adams<\/strong>\u00a0has been appointed\u00a0Chief Operating Officer<\/strong>\u00a0(COO). An experienced industrial executive, Adams joins the existing management team alongside CEO Uwe Lucht and CFO Denise Littbarski. As COO, he will oversee production, operational processes, and the company\u2019s operational development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past several years, LUCHT LHZ has consistently invested in advanced manufacturing technologies, digitalization, innovative products<\/strong>, and the expansion of its international market presence<\/strong>. Today, the Saxony-based company operates a highly automated metal manufacturing facility, develops innovative electric heating systems for domestic and international markets, and continues to achieve steady growth<\/strong>. Expanding the executive leadership team is the next logical step in creating the organizational structure needed to support sustainable future growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New executive structure creates clear responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Christian Adams brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in both the automotive and heating industries. The 56-year-old executive has previously served as Managing Director of WEBER-HYDRAULIK Polska, COO and Managing Director of industrial manufacturer RENA Polska, and Managing Director as well as Member of the Executive Board of Thermotec AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
