LUCHT LHZ strengthens its sales team: Stefan Schneider takes over sales responsibilities for Germany

Stefan Schneider is Sales Manager for Germany at LUCHT LHZ, a manufacturer of electric heating systems

LUCHT LHZ is expanding its sales operations in Germany further. Stefan Schneider has taken up the position of Sales Manager for Germany with immediate effect. Drawing on his many years of experience in the electric heating sector, he will be responsible for the strategic development of the company’s sales activities and the management of the sales division nationwide.

LUCHT LHZ has appointed a new Sales Manager for Germany. Stefan Schneider is joining the team at the Burgstädt-based manufacturer of electric heating systems with immediate effect. This new appointment will strengthen the company’s sales force and help it to consistently pursue its growth strategy. LUCHT LHZ has over 40 years’ experience in developing and manufacturing electric heating systems, operating internationally under both the TECHNOTHERM brand and as an OEM partner.

Stefan Schneider brings 16 years of experience in the electric heating industry to the role. He worked at DEVI for many years and subsequently spent twelve years at ETHERMA, an Austrian manufacturer of electric heating systems. In his role as Sales Manager for Western and Northern Germany, he was responsible for the regional sales team.

Last year, he took on the role of Key Account Manager, primarily serving as the main point of contact for major clients. At LUCHT LHZ, he has returned to a senior sales role. As Sales Manager for Germany, he will oversee the company’s entire sales operations in the German market.

By expanding its sales team, LUCHT LHZ is emphasising the increasing significance of electric heating systems in the market. The company has recently reported several times on its positive business performance, expansion of production capacity, and new OEM partnerships. Consequently, LUCHT LHZ has been able to maintain its growth trajectory, increase its workforce, and secure additional partners.

Schneider aims to establish electric heating systems even more firmly in the market as a sustainable heating solution. This new role therefore aligns perfectly with LUCHT LHZ’s strategic direction: the company positions itself as a manufacturer of modern, certified electric heating systems offering a high degree of vertical integration and flexible solutions for various markets and sales channels.

With the vision that “the future is electric”, LUCHT LHZ aims to strengthen its sales in Germany and expand the national and international market presence of its electric heating systems.
