LUCHT LHZ Expands Executive Leadership Team with Appointment of COO Christian Adams

LUCHT LHZ Group is further strengthening its executive leadership team to support the company’s next phase of growth. Effective July 27, 2026, Christian Adams has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). An experienced industrial executive, Adams joins the existing management team alongside CEO Uwe Lucht and CFO Denise Littbarski. As COO, he will oversee production, operational processes, and the company’s operational development.

Over the past several years, LUCHT LHZ has consistently invested in advanced manufacturing technologies, digitalization, innovative products, and the expansion of its international market presence. Today, the Saxony-based company operates a highly automated metal manufacturing facility, develops innovative electric heating systems for domestic and international markets, and continues to achieve steady growth. Expanding the executive leadership team is the next logical step in creating the organizational structure needed to support sustainable future growth.

New Executive Structure Creates Clear Responsibilities

Christian Adams brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in both the automotive and heating industries. The 56-year-old executive has previously served as Managing Director of WEBER-HYDRAULIK Polska, COO and Managing Director of industrial manufacturer RENA Polska, and Managing Director as well as Member of the Executive Board of Thermotec AG.
